Hotel San Francisco Plaza

Large spacious room to spread out for the 5 days we were there. Lots of character, most of the tourists were Mexican. An easy walk into the main Plaza for sight seeing and also some nice restaurants at Plaza de las 9 Esquinas. Reception staff did speak English and were very helpful with our Tequila Tour. Overall great value for money.

The breakfast was OK. It's too bad that the kitchen ran out of food.

location was good as it is close to downtown, the hotel interior is STUNNING. the price did not include breakfast, which we were fine with as we were only staying one night. i would love to stay here again

The hotel is in Guadalajara Central. Most downtown sites are in walking distance if you are a walker. The staff were quick to respond to requests, friendly and helpful. The star⭐in our book is the evening front desk clerk Juan!!! He speaks English, knows the town and will look up information to assist you. Juan made a call to Office Depot for me to ask them to secure my special water bottle I had left behind. Sure enough, the next day, retrieving the bottle was simple.

Great location. Friendly, very helpful staff. We changed our room with no bother when the first one was very noisy. Good value breakfast.
